This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multi-site Finance function, delivering high-quality reporting, forecasting, and budgeting while partnering with operational and customer stakeholders. Using your commercial insight and financial expertise, you'll influence decision-making and help drive performance across the business.This is a full-time, permanent position, predominately working Monday Friday, 08:30-17:00, with a hybrid arrangement of 4 days based on-site and 1 day working from home .Pay, benefits and more:Youll be paid a salary of up to £55,000 per annum. Plus, many other perks such as a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme and our continued focus on internal promotions, over 55% last year!GXO are also proud to be an ACMA and ACCA approved employer.What youll do on a typical day:Produce weekly and monthly financial reporting, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliationsDeliver budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissionsProvide insightful analysis and commentary to support operational and commercial decision-makingBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the customerSupport and drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across the siteEnsure strong financial controls, compliance, and audit standards are maintainedWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Proven experience in a finance management role, ideally within a fast-paced logistics environmentExperience producing management accounts, financial reporting, and analysis with clear commentaryStrong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersConfident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge where neededFully qualified CIMA, ACCA or equivalent is desirableHigh attention to detail with a proactive and commercially focused mindsetWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.TPBN1_UKTJ
