We're looking for a Working Electrical Supervisor to join our Wastewater Asset Assurance Programme team based in Thames Valley.Location: Thames Valley - Site Based - Little Marlow and Forest Hill, BuckinghamshireHours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.We're seeking a Working Electrical Supervisor to join our team working on Thames Water sites across the region. You'll play a vital role in our developing self-delivery team, carrying out hands-on electrical installation work whilst supervising and supporting fellow electricians. This is an opportunity to form a cornerstone of our MEICA delivery team, working on capital frameworks across Thames Water supply and treatment regions, providing design and build services for new and existing infrastructure.What will you be responsible for?As a Working Electrical Supervisor, you'll be working within the Wastewater Asset Assurance Programme team, supporting them in delivering electrical installation and supervision services. Your day to day will include:Installing low-voltage electrical systems for both temporary and permanent works, including containment systems, power and control cables, and testing installationsSupervising electricians and providing mentorship to apprentices, ensuring all works meet appropriate standardsProviding safe isolations of LV electrical systems and issuing electrical safety documents including Permit to Work and Isolation CertificatesProducing and reviewing electrical RAMS and project ITPs, carrying out electrical audits in line with Kier's ESRsSupporting the development of commissioning documentation and working with the supply chain to fault find where requiredWhat are we looking for?This role of Working Electrical Supervisor is great for you if:You hold a Full driving licence and relevant JIB Gold Card or ECS cardYou have proven industry experience in the Water Industry with competent judgement and problem-solving skillsYou hold C&G 2330 or 2360 in electrical installations, NVQ Level 3 in electrical installations, and C&G 2391 Inspect and TestYou have IEE 18th edition wiring regulations, SMSTS, and Confined Spaces qualificationsYou have good working knowledge of sewage and water treatment processes, systems, and typical M&E plant and equipmentWe're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome!
