A large secondary school in Havering is looking to appoint a qualified Maths Teacher for a September 2026 start.

The school is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable teacher to deliver high quality Maths lessons and support students in achieving strong academic outcomes. Alongside strong teaching ability, the school is looking for someone who will be a great fit for the department. The successful candidate will be lively, engaging, positive and ready to get stuck in as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Requirements

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

  • Experience teaching Maths in UK secondary schools

  • Strong subject knowledge

  • Good classroom management skills

  • A positive, energetic and engaging approach

  • Willingness to contribute to the wider school community
