- Ensuring company policies and procedures remain compliant with the Building Safety Act and other relevant construction legislation. \n
- Managing and maintaining the company's ISO management systems. \n
- Preparing for, coordinating and supporting internal and external ISO audits. \n
- Identifying areas of non-conformance and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. \n
- Monitoring changes to legislation, regulations and industry standards and communicating their impact across the business. \n
- Reviewing and developing company compliance policies, processes and procedures. \n
- Maintaining accurate compliance records, documentation and audit trails. \n
- Working closely with senior management and operational teams to promote a strong culture of compliance. \n
- Supporting the business in demonstrating competency and maintaining appropriate standards across its workforce. \n
- Assisting with the development, coordination and monitoring of company and staff training. \n
- Identifying training requirements and helping ensure employees maintain appropriate competencies and certifications. \n
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business. \n
- Providing advice and guidance to employees and management on compliance-related matters. \n

- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the Building Safety Act. \n
- Previous experience managing, preparing for or supporting ISO audits. \n
- Experience working with ISO management systems and compliance procedures. \n
- A background within construction, property, façades, cladding or a related sector would be advantageous. \n
- Strong understanding of compliance, quality and regulatory requirements. \n
- Experience developing, reviewing and implementing company policies and procedures. \n
- Excellent attention to detail with strong record-keeping and documentation skills. \n
- The confidence to work with senior management, operational teams and external auditors. \n
- Strong communication and organisational skills. \n
- Experience coordinating or delivering company/staff training would be advantageous. \n
- If you do not have direct training experience, you must be willing to learn and develop your understanding of the company's training processes. \n
- A proactive approach to identifying risks, improving processes and maintaining high standards across the business. \n

- Salary up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. \n
