Job Description
The successful candidate will support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally. You will work closely with the class teacher and wider support team to create a safe, positive and engaging learning environment.

\n - Has previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
\n - Is patient, caring and understanding
\n - Can build strong relationships with pupils
\n - Is confident supporting challenging behaviour and additional needs
\n - Works well as part of a team
\n - Has a genuine passion for helping children reach their potential

SEN experience is essential, and experience within a specialist school or with ASD would be highly desirable.
