Job Reference: 1240Job Title: M&E EngineerSalary: £43,500 per annumLocation: Brighton & SussexJob Type: Technical / EngineeringWorking Hours: Monday Friday, 12:00pm 09:00pmJob SummaryWere looking for two experienced Multi-Skilled Engineers to join an established engineering team in Brighton.We have one Mechanical and one Electrical position available, ideal for engineers with a strong building services background who are confident carrying out PPM, reactive maintenance and first-line fault finding.The role will initially operate MondayFriday, 12pm9pm, before moving over the coming months to an alternating shift pattern of 12pm9pm / 7am4pm.Youll work as part of a team supporting the day-to-day maintenance and smooth operation of the site.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete allocated PPM and reactive maintenance tasks safely and within agreed service levels.Carry out minor plumbing repairs including leaks, taps, valves, sanitaryware, flush mechanisms, blockages and drainage issues where competent.Support washroom reliability through inspections, defect reporting and first-line repairs.Assist with basic mechanical/HVAC inspections, including FCU observations, AHU and plant room checks, pumps, valves, filters and condition reporting.RequirementsPractical multi-skilled maintenance experience in an occupied commercial office, facilities management, building services or similar environment.Working understanding of mechanical building services such as HVAC, FCUs/AHUs, pumps, valves, plantroom checks and comfort-related fault escalation.Experience using CAFM/CMMS systems to receive, update and close work orders with accurate technical notes.Recognised apprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent experience in a relevant trade such as facilities maintenance, building services, plumbing, fabric maintenance, mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance or multi-skilled engineering.Right to work in UK.Whats on Offer£43,500 per annumOpportunity to join an established engineering teamStrong focus on technical development and career progressionOpportunities for overtime25 days annual leaveIf you live in and around the Brighton or the Sussex area this could be the role for you.Ready to take the next step in your career?Apply today and help us shape the future!TPBN1_UKTJ
