Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a successful secondary school in Haringey.

Working closely with teaching staff, you will help students overcome barriers to learning while promoting independence and confidence.

Duties Include\n

  • Supporting pupils during lessons across KS3 and KS4.
    • \n
  • Working one-to-one with students requiring additional support.
    • \n
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement.
    • \n
  • Assisting teachers with classroom preparation.
    • \n
  • Supporting intervention programmes in literacy and numeracy.
    • \n
