PROJECT & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
\nNorthamptonshire (Office-based)
\nSalary: £32,000 – £38,000 (depending on experience)
\n\nA rapidly growing renewable energy business is seeking a highly organised Project & Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of air source heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage and complete low-energy heating systems.
\n\nThis is a varied, fast-paced office-based role where you will keep projects moving, support customers throughout their journey, and ensure engineers and suppliers have everything they need to deliver an exceptional service.
\n\nThe Role:
\nWorking closely with senior leadership, you will coordinate day-to-day operations, manage project organisation, communicate with customers, and complete essential administration accurately and on time. This position suits someone who enjoys structure, communication and taking ownership of their workload.
\n\nKey Responsibilities
\n\nProject Coordination
\n• Schedule installation teams and manage engineer diaries
\n• Coordinate project start dates and installation programmes
\n• Order materials and manage supplier deliveries
\n• Ensure projects are organised and ready before work begins
\n\nCustomer Communication
\n• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their project
\n• Provide regular updates and manage expectations
\n• Coordinate communication between customers, engineers and suppliers
\n• Deliver a high-quality customer experience from start to finish
\n\nAdministration & Compliance • Complete MCS and BUS grant administration • Prepare project documentation • Maintain accurate customer and project records • Support the wider team with general administration
\n\nBusiness Support
\n• Assist with day-to-day office organisation
\n• Help improve systems and processes
\n• Provide administrative support to senior management
\n• Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
\n\nAbout You
