What You Will Lead

\n
    \n
  • Act as the technical authority for IAM/Iga architecture across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • \n
  • Define and evolve the overall IAM architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with organisational strategy.
  • \n
  • Work closely with security, infrastructure and application teams to design end-to-end identity lifecycle, provisioning, de-provisioning and governance controls.
  • \n
  • Provide hands-on architectural guidance around integration patterns, role models, policies and standards.
  • \n
  • Support the programme in embedding best practice IGA rather than pure access management alone.
  • \n
\n

\n

What They Are Specifically Looking For

\n
    \n
  • Deep IGA expertise - not just access management. Extensive experience with identity governance concepts, processes and tools.
  • \n
  • A strong architecture background, able to design and articulate complex IAM solutions at both conceptual and detailed levels.
  • \n
  • Experience in large-scale, enterprise or public sector environments, ideally with complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • \n
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to provide leadership on IAM direction.
  • \n
\n

\n

The client is particularly keen to see detailed IGA experience clearly outlined in your CV (tools, responsibilities, scale, types of projects), rather than just listed at a high level. They are not looking for someone focused purely on access management.
