\nThe Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with a new Multi Academy Trust, to recruit Learning Support Assistants on a supply basis. This could include day to day cover, shorter term, longer term and even potential permanent opportunties.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for flexible work within a supportive multi-academy trust, helping pupils achieve their full potential, throughout the academic year.
The Role:\nAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
\n - \n
Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
\n - \n
Provide additional support for pupils with SEND, SEMH and/or additional learning needs where required
\n - \n
Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
\n - Build strong working relationships with Teachers, Support staff, Pastoral teams, Parents and Carers \n

Experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting
\n - \n
Experience supporting pupils with SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH) is desirable but not essential
\n - \n
Newly qualified or aspiring Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants are encouraged to apply

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
\n - Have a passion for supporting young people & have excellent & adaptable communication skills \n
- \n
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through The Supply Register)
