Shifts: 3-Shift Rotation (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00), Monday–Friday

Key Skills Required

• Apprentice-trained Electrical Engineer
\n
• Strong experience with PLC systems and automated machinery
\n
• Solid understanding of PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance)
\n
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
\n

The Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will carry out both reactive and planned maintenance across fully automated production lines. You’ll work within a fast-moving, high-volume environment, ensuring machinery uptime and supporting continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for maintaining and fault-finding on:

• Automated material-handling conveyor systems (palletisers, strappers, wrappers)
\n
• Box converting lines including print, cutting, stacking and folding units
\n
• PLC fault-finding and diagnostics
\n
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
\n
