E-Medicals is a leading provider of medical expert witness reports for personal injury claimants across the UK. We are looking for a Claims Case Handler to join our team in Clevedon.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused team player who is looking for a rewarding opportunity in a busy office environment.

Our Case Handlers provide outstanding customer service to solicitors and their clients within the personal injury claims process, identifying the right medical specialist and obtaining medico-legal reports with compassion, care and attention to detail.

• We are looking for a candidate with:

• Enthusiasm for customer service and proven experience in a service-providing role
\n
• Confidence speaking to the public as well as to legal and medical professionals
\n
• Solid working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
\n
• Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills
\n
• Determination to resolve problems through effective decision-making
\n
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn
\n
• Experience in the legal or medical sector is not essential but would be an advantage
\n
