The Role

As a Science Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and practical Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
\n
• Encourage curiosity, critical thinking and a passion for scientific learning
\n
• Teach engaging lessons in Biology, Chemistry and Physics
\n
• Support students in developing analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills
\n
• Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of learners of all abilities
\n
• Assess, monitor and track student progress effectively
\n
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
\n
• Contribute to the wider success of the Science department and school community
\n

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for teachers who:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
\n
• Have experience teaching Science within UK secondary schools
\n
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills
\n
• Are committed to raising attainment and improving student outcomes
\n
• Have high expectations for achievement and behaviour
\n
• Can build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents
\n
• Have a genuine passion for Science and education
\n
