- Full-time Year 3 Teacher position \n
- Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum \n
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment \n
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes \n
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development \n
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff \n
- Contributing to the wider life of the school \n
What you'll need to succeed

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) \n
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3 \n
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills \n
- A commitment to raising standards and pupil achievement \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \n
- A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teaching \n
