Job Overview:As a Teaching Assistant, you will deliver vital lesson support and offer targeted help to students who need extra guidance. This full-time Teaching Assistant position offers excellent career progression and stable pay rates in a vibrant school environment.

Key Responsibilities:* Deliver targeted academic and routine guidance to students, 1-on-1 or in small groups.* Assist the teacher by adapting learning materials to student targets.* Guide student behaviour with patience, clear boundaries, and positive reinforcement.* Track, monitor, and report student progress to senior staff.
