Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them reach their full potential?

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Eccles. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs within a nurturing and inclusive environment.

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN.
\n
• Support children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, learning difficulties and other additional needs.
\n
• Adapt learning activities to suit individual needs and abilities.
\n
• Promote confidence, independence and engagement in learning.
\n
• Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and external professionals.
\n
• Help create a safe, positive and inclusive classroom environment.
\n

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN.
\n
• A patient, compassionate and proactive approach.
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
\n
• The ability to remain calm, adaptable and supportive.
\n
• Previous experience in a school, specialist provision, care setting or youth work environment is desirable.
