Commercial Gas Engineer Location: Leicester / MidlandsSalary: Up to £47,000 + Van + Excellent BenefitsJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management provider, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across Leicester and the surrounding areas .This is a great opportunity for a qualified Gas Engineer looking for a secure, long-term position offering a competitive salary, company vehicle and strong benefits package.The Role As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties.Your duties will include:Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)Reactive maintenance and breakdownsFault finding and diagnosticsServicing and repairs of commercial boilersMaintenance of gas-fired equipment and associated plantWorking on AHUs, pumps, valves and heating systemsCompleting compliance and safety checksUpdating job information and completing relevant documentationLiaising with site teams and clients to ensure works are completed efficientlyWhat We're Looking For Commercial Gas qualifications CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A or equivalentPrevious experience working within commercial buildings or Facilities ManagementStrong fault-finding and maintenance experienceFull UK Driving LicenceComfortable working across multiple sitesGood communication and customer service skillsExperience working on HVAC or wider mechanical building services would be highly beneficial.Package Salary up to £47,000Company van and fuel cardOvertime opportunitiesPension schemeGenerous annual leaveLong-term progression and training opportunitiesPermanent position with an established FM providerInterested?Apply today or get in touch for a confidential conversation to discuss the role in more detail.TPBN1_UKTJ
