Microsoft D365 CE/CRM Support Consultant - £40,000 Fully Remote/UK A Microsoft Partner Consultancy are looking for a D365 CRM/CE support consultant to join their growing team. This is a fully remote role for someone with experience supporting Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, working directly with customers to troubleshoots issues within Power Platform/D365 and provide solutions.The Role

• Provide 1st/2nd line support across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
\n
• Investigate and resolve customer issues within agreed SLAs.
\n
• Work with customers to understand and troubleshoot problems.
\n
• Support solutions across the wider Power Platform.
\n
• Liaise with internal consultants and technical teams where required.
\n

About You

\n
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
\n
• Previous experience in a support or consultancy environment.
\n
• Good understanding of the Power Platform.
\n
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
\n
• A proactive approach to problem solving.
\n
