\nLearning Support Assistant - East Berkshire
\nReed Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work across a range of welcoming schools in East Berkshire. We have opportunities available in primary, secondary and specialist SEN settings, supporting pupils who require additional help to reach their full potential.

\nThe Role
\nAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

- Support students individually and in small groups within the classroom. \n
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. \n
- Provide additional support to pupils with SEND, SEMH or learning difficulties. \n
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote student wellbeing. \n
- Help students build confidence, independence and academic progress. \n
- Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs. \n
The Ideal Candidate
\nWe are looking for candidates who:
\n- \n
- Have experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential). \n
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Are patient, caring and committed to supporting student development. \n
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents. \n
- Hold a valid DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one. \n
- Have the right to work in the UK. \n
