We are currently recruiting for Graduate Teaching Assistants to join supportive and welcoming secondary schools in Orpington.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are considering a career in teaching, psychology, youth work, education or a related field. You'll gain valuable experience working directly with students while developing your classroom and communication skills.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you may be involved in:

• Supporting students aged 11-18 in the classroom

• Working alongside teachers to support learning
\n
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support
\n
• Helping students stay engaged and focused
\n
• Supporting students with their academic development
\n
• Assisting with pastoral and wider school activities
\n
• Building positive relationships with students and staff
\n

• A degree or equivalent qualification
\n
• A genuine interest in working with young people
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• A patient, enthusiastic and supportive approach
\n
• The ability to build positive relationships with students
\n
• Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
\n
