Early Years Teaching Assistant | Borehamwood | September Start | £90-£105 per day

Are you passionate about supporting young children and helping them get the best start to their education? Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Borehamwood from September.

The role:

• Support children across EYFS with their learning and development
\n
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities
\n
• Provide support with communication, social skills and early learning
\n
• Help create a safe, positive and nurturing classroom environment
\n
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
\n

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with young children, ideally within EYFS
\n
• Is patient, caring and enthusiastic
\n
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
\n
• Is committed to supporting children's development
\n
• Has a genuine passion for working in education
