\nLocation: North West - Manchester / Liverpool / Leeds
\nCandidate Location: Manchester and surrounding areas
\nSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Car Allowance
\n\nThe Role
\nExperienced Project Manager to join a growing team, delivering a range of commercial fit-out projects across the North West region.
\nThe successful candidate will take ownership of projects from initial handover through to completion, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
\nThis role would suit an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Cat A / Cat B commercial office fit-outs who is commercially aware and confident managing projects independently.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Complete initial project handover with the pre-construction team and take full ownership through delivery. \n
- Manage all aspects of project planning, procurement, programming, and cost management. \n
- Take sole responsibility for monitoring and reporting on quality, programme, and project costs throughout the scheme. \n
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. \n
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual requirements. \n
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, commercial performance, and key milestones. \n
- Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and potential project challenges. \n
Project Experience
\nProjects typically range from £200k to £1m-£2m, with occasional smaller or larger schemes depending on business requirements.
\nAll projects will be based across Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds, so candidates should be located within a commutable distance of the North West region.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial fit-out sector. \n
- Strong background delivering Cat A and Cat B office fit-out projects. \n
- Commercially minded with experience managing project costs and budgets. \n
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills. \n
- Ability to manage projects independently from handover through to completion. \n
