Multi-Skilled Electrician

Location: Central London & Surrounding Areas (Mobile Role)Salary: £45,000 + Company Van & Fuel CardContract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Opportunity

An expanding building services company is seeking a Multi-Skilled Electrician to join its growing team across Central London. The role involves a mixture of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, electrical installations, and general building services work across commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
\n
• Complete electrical installations, repairs, testing, and fault finding.
\n
• Work on:\n

  • Lighting systems
  \n
  • Alarm systems
  \n
  • High and low voltage systems
  \n
  • Rewiring projects
  \n
  • AHUs and FCUs
  \n
  • Power installations
  \n
  • EICR testing
  \n
\n
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently.
\n
• Undertake light plumbing and general building maintenance tasks.
\n
• Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
\n
• Participate in a call-out rota.
\n
• Complete reports and maintain compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
\n

Essential Requirements

\n
• Level 2 or Level 3 Electrical Qualification.
\n
• 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
\n
• Completed Electrical Apprenticeship.
\n
• Experience in both PPM and reactive electrical maintenance.
\n
• Ability to undertake basic plumbing and/or AC maintenance tasks.
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence.
\n
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
\n

Desirable Requirements

\n
• Mechanical/HVAC knowledge.
\n
• Air Conditioning and F-Gas experience.
\n
