\nAcademics Ltd is delighted to be working in partnership with a thriving and inclusive primary school in Westminster, which is looking to appoint several enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2) from September 2026.

- Position: Learning Support Assistant \n
- Location: Westminster \n
- Start Date: September 2026 \n
- Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday \n
- Duration: Long-term opportunities \n
- Pay: £95-£97 per day (depending on experience) \n
- Year Groups: EYFS, KS1, and KS2 \n
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide high-quality support to pupils within the classroom.
\nResponsibilities may include:

- Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils who require additional assistance \n
- Supporting children with SEN, learning difficulties, and additional needs \n
- Assisting pupils in accessing learning activities and the wider curriculum \n
The Ideal Candidate
\n- \n
- Experienced Learning Support Assistants \n
- Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants or Early Years Practitioners \n
- Recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in education \n
- Individuals with experience working with children in schools, nurseries, childcare settings, or youth work environment \n
