As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences and ensure students remain focused on pre-prepared work. Key Tasks:* Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher to ensure continuity of learning.* Guide student behaviour with patience, clear boundaries, and positive reinforcement.* Ensure students complete assigned tasks set by the teacher across multiple subjects.* Track, monitor, and report student progress or classroom issues to senior staff.

Requirements:* Proven experience or relevant training as a Cover Supervisor, HLTA, or sports coach.* Deep knowledge of secondary curriculum subjects and classroom management.* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.* Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.
