About the Role

\n

We are seeking an organised and proactive Property Inspector / Property Maintenance Coordinator to join a growing property team. This role involves carrying out property inspections, coordinating maintenance works, monitoring compliance, and building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine property inspections, including check-in, mid-term, and check-out visits.
  • \n
  • Identify maintenance issues and arrange repairs through approved contractors.
  • \n
  • Monitor maintenance progress and ensure works are completed to a high standard.
  • \n
  • Assess property condition, recording findings with detailed notes and photographs.
  • \n
  • Identify and report health and safety concerns, including fire safety, damp and mould, and general property condition.
  • \n
  • Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, contractors, and property managers.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records and update property management systems.
  • \n

About You

\n
    \n
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within Property Management or Property Maintenance.
  • \n
  • Good understanding of landlord and tenant responsibilities and property safety regulations.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • \n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable learning new systems.
  • \n
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to manage your own workload effectively.
  • \n
  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • \n
