Job Reference: 1239Job Title: Engineering SupervisorSalary: £55,000 per annumLocation: Brighton, BN88Job Type: Technical / EngineeringWorking Hours: Monday Friday, 08:00am 05:00pmJob SummaryWere looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead and coordinate a multi-skilled engineering team, ensuring the effective delivery of planned preventative maintenance, reactive works and day-to-day engineering activities across commercial facilities in Brighton and Sussex.Youll be responsible for managing a team of engineers, fabric technician and 2 apprentices, providing technical guidance, supporting development and maintaining a strong focus on safety, service excellence and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, plan, coordinate and oversee team workloads, deadlines and day-to-day activities to ensure effective service deliveryProvide holiday, training and sickness cover for other members of the engineering teamGuide team members in applying relevant engineering practices and procedures, sharing technical expertise and supporting effective teamworkHelp ensure PPM and reactive works are completed in accordance with applicable procedures, manufacturer requirements, asset needs and site standardsManaging a team of engineers, fabric technician and 2 apprentices.RequirementsProven Supervisory experience.Strong technical knowledge within a commercial facilities environment.Experience managing and coordinating engineering teams.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to provide technical guidance and support the development of engineers and apprentices.Right to work in UKWhats on Offer£55,000 per annum + packageOpportunity to lead a high-performing engineering team.Strong focus on training, technical development and career progression.Opportunities for overtime.If you live in and around the Brighton or the Sussex area this could be the role for you.Ready to take the next step in your career?Apply today and help us shape the future!TPBN1_UKTJ
