Site Manager Fit-Out & RoofingLocation: BathContract: 7 weeksRate: £275£280 per dayStart: Mid-SeptemberThe OpportunityWe are working with an established interiors contractor who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 7-week project in Bath.The project involves a commercial office fit-out and roof replacement works.We are looking for a confident Site Manager with strong fit-out experience who can take ownership of the site and ensure the works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.Commercial office experience is desirable, but fit-out experience from any sector will be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day running of the siteCoordinate subcontractors, trades and deliveriesManage fit-out and roofing worksEnsure works are delivered safely and to programmeMonitor quality and workmanshipManage RAMS, permits and site documentationLiaise with subcontractors and the wider project teamAttend site meetings and provide progress updatesIdentify and resolve any issues on siteMaintain high standards of health & safetyRequirementsPrevious experience as a Site ManagerStrong fit-out experienceExperience managing subcontractors and multiple tradesGood understanding of health & safety requirementsAble to work independently and take ownership of the siteStrong communication and organisational skillsSMSTSCSCSFirst AidTPBN1_UKTJ
