Residential Conveyancer | Fully Remote

A fully remote opportunity is available for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a growing, technology-led legal services business that is modernising the way residential property work is delivered.

The organisation is looking to appoint an England & Wales-qualified solicitor or CILEX-qualified conveyancer with at least one year’s post-qualification experience who is confident managing their own caseload and keen to take genuine ownership of their work.

The business is focused on changing the way legal services are delivered, making them simpler, more accessible and more affordable for clients. Its proprietary AI technology helps streamline routine administrative tasks, allowing conveyancers to spend more time dealing with substantive legal work, advising clients and providing a high-quality service.

You will take responsibility for a busy caseload of residential property transactions, handling both purchases and sales across the UK.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have at least one year’s PQE in residential conveyancing
\n
• Be qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales or through CILEX
\n
• Have experience handling residential purchases and sales
\n
• Be comfortable managing a high-volume caseload while maintaining excellent standards
\n
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability for their work
\n
• Be commercially aware and receptive to clear, direct feedback
\n
• Have an interest in technology and innovative approaches to delivering legal services
\n
