LAWN CARE TECHNICIAN
\nEsher, Surrey (Main office) | Locations covered - Hampton • Twickenham • Staines & surrounding areas
\n£28,000 – £30,000 per year + up to £2,000 annual bonus
\nFull-time | Permanent | Monday–Friday, approximately 8am–4pm

\nOur client is looking for a Lawn Care Technician to join their friendly, professional team and help keep our customers’ lawns looking their absolute best.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors, takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys providing excellent customer service.
\nNo previous lawn-care experience? No problem!
\nFull training will be provided, including the opportunity to gain PA1 & PA6 qualifications where required.

\n\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
\nAs a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll be responsible for looking after customers’ lawns and outdoor spaces across Surrey, South and West London.
\nYour day could include:
\n- \n
- Carrying out planned lawn-care programmes \n
- Applying fertilisers, treatments and herbicides \n
- Scarifying and hollow-tining lawns \n
- Cleaning and treating hard surfaces \n
- Travelling between customer properties in a company vehicle \n
- Building great relationships with customers \n
- Completing application records, paperwork and payments accurately \n
- Identifying opportunities and generating customer leads \n
- Keeping your vehicle and equipment clean, safe and well maintained \n
You’ll spend most of your time working independently, so being organised, reliable and comfortable managing your own day is important.

\nExperience
\nCustomer service: 3 years preferred
\nGardening/lawn care: 1 year desirable, but not essential
\nMost importantly, you’ll need a positive, can-do attitude and pride in delivering a great service.
\n\nESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT
\nA full, clean UK driving licence is essential as you’ll be driving a company vehicle and working across a wide geographical area.
\n\nFULL TRAINING PROVIDED
\nYou don't need to be an experienced lawn-care professional to apply.
\nOur client will provide the training you need to carry out the role safely and professionally, including PA1 & PA6 training and qualifications where necessary.
\nYou’ll also receive training in:

- Safe chemical handling \n
- COSHH \n
- Product application \n
- Health & safety \n
- NPTC guidelines \n
- Lawn-care techniques and treatments \n
WHAT OUR CLIENT IS OFFERING
\n£28,000 – £30,000 salary depending on experience
\nAnnual bonus of up to £2,000 pro rata
\nFull-time, permanent position

\nPA1 & PA6 qualifications where required

\nWorking hours are approximately 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday, although some flexibility may be required during particularly busy or seasonal periods.
