The Role

As a Maths Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4
\n
• Support students in developing confidence, resilience and problem-solving skills
\n
• Plan and deliver lessons that cater to a range of learning needs and abilities
\n
• Monitor, assess and track student progress effectively
\n
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
\n
• Contribute to the wider success of the Mathematics department and school community
\n

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for teachers who:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
\n
• Have experience teaching Mathematics within UK secondary schools
\n
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills
\n
• Are committed to improving student outcomes and raising attainment
\n
• Have high expectations for behaviour, achievement and engagement
\n
• Can build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents
\n
