The RoleAs a SEN Teaching Assistant in Warwick, you will:

- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND. \n
- Support children with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. \n
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support. \n
- Encourage pupil engagement, independence, and positive behaviour \n
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. \n
What We're Looking For

- Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, care, or support setting. \n
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN. \n
- A patient, compassionate, and positive approach. \n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. \n
