Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist the Preschool Supervisor in managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with safety and educational standards.

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development.

• Supervise staff members, providing guidance and mentorship to maintain high-quality childcare delivery.

• Foster effective communication with parents, caregivers, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to child welfare.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
