\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Assist the Preschool Supervisor in managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with safety and educational standards. \n
- Support the planning and implementation of engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development. \n
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and mentorship to maintain high-quality childcare delivery. \n
- Foster effective communication with parents, caregivers, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to child welfare. \n
- Oversee classroom environments to ensure cleanliness, safety, and stimulating learning spaces are maintained at all times. \n
- Participate in staff training sessions and contribute to ongoing professional development initiatives. \n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven management and leadership abilities within early childhood or childcare settings. \n
- Extensive experience working with children, especially in nursery or preschool environments. \n
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and child development stages. \n

- Relevant childcare qualifications or nursery experience that demonstrate your commitment to quality early education. \n
