While this role is advertised as a full-time position (40 hours per week), there may be flexibility with working hours for the right candidate.

About the Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.
  • \n
  • Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment.
  • \n
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • \n
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of high-quality activities that support children's individual needs and interests.
  • \n
  • Promote safeguarding and welfare standards at all times.
  • \n

Requirements

\n

To be considered for this role, you must have:

\n
    \n
  • A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • \n
  • Previous experience working in a childcare or nursery setting.
  • \n
  • A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • \n
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • \n
