This highly regarded setting has built an excellent reputation for providing outstanding early years education and childcare in a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Due to continued growth and expansion of provision, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Early Years professional who is committed to helping children thrive and achieve their full potential.

While this role is advertised as a full-time position (40 hours per week), there may be flexibility with working hours for the right candidate.

About the Role

The successful candidate will:

• Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.
\n
• Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment.
\n
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
\n
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of high-quality activities that support children's individual needs and interests.
\n
• Promote safeguarding and welfare standards at all times.
\n

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
\n
• Previous experience working in a childcare or nursery setting.
\n
• A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
\n
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
\n
