LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANTS - SEND We love working with this school and as a Learning Support Assistant we are sure you would too. You will be joining a friendly team who are seeking to recruit three LSA's to provide 1-2-1 and class support for secondary aged children with a range of special educational needs. This role requires Level 2 or Level 3 Learning Support Assistants who love working with children and young adults with special educational needs and who know a smile goes a long way. As a Learning Support Assistant you will be joining a lovely team who will not only provide support but will also welcome you from day one. This school has fabulous and is a place where both staff and students thrive. You will be working closely with an experienced teaching and support team who love what they do and who will provide the support you need to understand what is important to this school which is focused on putting the needs of the students first. Experience supporting children with Autism or Complex Needs is essential for this role. Job Role:\n

- Providing tailored support for a child and young adults with special educational needs. \n
- Working closely with an experienced teaching and support team to provide the best possible support. \n
- Supporting a range of Special Educational Needs including Autism, Complex Needs, and Aspergers.’ \n
- Delivering interactions to students on a 1-2-1 and small group basis. \n
- Managing behaviours, helping the child to engage with lessons, develop communication skills and gain confidence. \n
- Recording progress of the child and reporting to the SENCO. \n
