Hours: 40 hours per week

\n

Salary: £27,976 – £31,000 per year + benefits

\n

Your Role\n

As a Highways Maintenance Operative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our local highways are safe and well-maintained. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance activities on the highway network
\n
• Participating in winter maintenance and emergency callout services
\n
• Operating various plant and equipment to carry out your duties effectively
\n
• Utilizing the CONFIRM application to accurately record site works and upload photographic evidence
\n
• Collaborating with team members and subcontractors to maintain a safe working environment
\n

What We’re Looking For\n

This role is perfect for you if:

• You have experience in highways maintenance
\n
• You hold a 12d Lantra Traffic Management training certificate
\n
• You possess an LGV driving licence
\n
• You have strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
\n
• You’re trustworthy, self-motivated, and have excellent customer service skills
\n
