\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Lead overall factory performance, including output, quality, delivery, and operational efficiency \n
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to Value Stream Managers and their teams \n
- Align manufacturing execution with supply chain priorities and customer commitments \n
- Ensure consistent and effective production planning, sequencing, and execution across value streams \n
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement using lean methodologies and structured problem-solving \n
- Drive improvements in equipment reliability, uptime, and manufacturing processes \n
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams \n
- Support effective inventory and workflow management to optimise throughput and reduce delays \n
- Create an environment of accountability, transparency, and proactive communication \n
- Champion employee engagement, development, and inclusive team practices \n

- Minimum 10 years experience leading manufacturing or operations teams in a production environment \n
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, performance metrics, and delivery commitments \n
- Proven ability to lead through others, including layered team structures \n
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainable improvement \n
- Ability to collaborate across functions and manage competing priorities effectively \n
- Familiarity with continuous improvement approaches such as lean or similar methodologies \n
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

- Experience managing complex manufacturing operations or technical product environments \n
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or JD Edwards \n
- Experience with structured continuous improvement approaches (e.g., TPM, 5S, or equivalent) \n

- Background in engineering, operations, or supply chain disciplines \n
