The role is busy and varied and some of the key responsibilities include Welcome visitors and provide excellent customer serviceDevelop and maintain accurate databases and information systemsMaintain organisation of paperwork and files within the nurseryOrdering supplies and resourcesIssuing invoices and helping the manager manage any outstanding invoices.Prepare and submit data for all forms of income including local authority, grants and parent feesPrepare and send out invoices, cash handling where necessary and bankingAssist with marketing of services including fundraisingThe ideal candidate will have a solid background of varied administration experiences along with a proficient level of IT (Information Technology) skills.An understanding of the principles of safeguarding children is desirable, however this is covered in induction and ongoing training.Our preferred hours would be worked 7.30am 4pm Monday to Thursday however we can offer some flexibility to the ideal candidate.This post requires a satisfactory, enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check on appointment and every three years thereafter.All job offers are conditional on completion of our Safer Recruitment Pre Employment Checks which include a satisfactory DBS certificate and employment references.TPBN1_UKTJ
