\n First-principles estimating for groundworks, earthworks, drainage, RC structures, and enabling works. NEC contract alignment across tendering, risk, compensation events, and programme impacts. Prepare accurate take-offs, cost plans, BOQs, and tender submissions. Liaise with operational teams to validate methodology and sequencing. Manage supply chain pricing and assess value-engineering opportunities. Support tender strategy and commercial decision-making.\n

\n Proven estimating experience in groundworks and heavy civils (£1m£30m typical). Strong understanding of NEC3/NEC4. Confident producing robust first-principles estimates. Skilled with digital take-off tools and estimating software. Clear communicator with strong commercial awareness. Background with a civils or specialist groundworks contractor preferred.\n
