Registered Manager - Supported Accomodation

Position: Registered Manager Supported Accommodation
Location: Birmingham & Plymouth
Salary: £45,000 £55,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time

Career Makers are partnering with a highly regarded care provider who are seeking an experienced and motivated Ofsted Registered Manager to lead and oversee their Supported Accommodation services for young people aged 16 -17 across Birmingham and Plymouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with experience successfully leading an Ofsted inspection and delivering high-quality, person-centred services. You will be responsible for regulatory compliance, safeguarding, team leadership, service improvement and achieving positive outcomes for young people.

Responsibilities as an Ofsted Registered Manager:

Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple services, ensuring Ofsted compliance, safeguarding and high-quality care.

Lead and develop teams, overseeing recruitment, performance, audits and continuous service improvement.

Build strong relationships with Ofsted, Local Authorities and external professionals, while managing resources and travelling between services.

Requirements as an Ofsted Registered Manager:

• Previous experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to register.
\n
• Proven experience of successfully completing at least one Ofsted inspection within Children's Residential or Supported Accommodation.
\n
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, equivalent qualification, or currently working towards it.
\n
• Willingness to travel regularly between Birmingham, Plymouth and surrounding areas.
