Your Role\n

We are on the lookout for an inspirational qualified teacher who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children. You will have the opportunity to:

• Teach at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
\n
• Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of your students
\n
• Utilize our positive behaviour policy to help children become responsible citizens
\n
• Motivate students to embrace learning and achieve their full potential

What We’re Looking For\n

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

\n

\n
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
\n
• Successful teaching experience, particularly with vulnerable children
\n
• Experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN), focusing on nurture for children with SEMH and ASC needs
\n
• A solid understanding of the national curriculum, especially in Science and/or Maths
\n
• Excellent behaviour management skills
\n
• A reflective approach to teaching
\n
• Knowledge of therapeutic educational approaches
\n
• The ability to adapt lessons to meet individual student needs
\n
• A proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons
\n

Working Conditions\n
