The role ensures a seamless learner journey through effective workshop coordination, high-quality administration, continuous improvement and a strong commitment to learner wellbeing, safeguarding and educational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Workshop DeliveryDeliver engaging and interactive specialist workshops.Facilitate learner participation and encourage an inclusive learning environment.Complete teaching and learning reviews following each session. Workshop Coordination & AdministrationManage workshop reservations and learner bookings.Issue invitations and Microsoft Teams joining information.Manage workshop communications and Teams chat.Update internal systems and maintain accurate learner records.Process cancellations and non-attendance in line with procedures. Quality & Continuous ImprovementDeliver refresher and update training for colleagues.Share best practice and contribute to the continual improvement of workshop materials and delivery.Maintain your own professional development to ensure knowledge remains current. CollaborationBuild effective relationships across operational, quality and support teams.Contribute positively to team performance and organisational objectives. Safeguarding & Learner WellbeingPromote learner health, wellbeing and positive engagement.Recognise, record and report safeguarding concerns in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.Skills & Experience Required:Competent to Level 3 in Health and Social Care including current and up to date knowledge of the standards in practice.Excellent planning and organising skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsExperience of design and delivery of workshop-based provision is desirableA teaching qualification equivalent to Level 3 Award in Education and Training or above, or willing to undertake this qualification is desirableAdditional InformationYou must have a Broadband connection at home.T2 is committed to providing a safe environment for all learners and employees.
