Project Manager - Cladding RemediationBristol£60-65k plus packageWe're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a faade replacement and refurbishment programme across occupied high-rise residential buildings in Bristol.You'll provide end-to-end project leadership, ensuring exceptional standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction while managing programme, commercial performance and project teams.Key responsibilities include:Leading multiple high-rise refurbishment projects from pre-construction through completionManaging subcontractors and supply chain partnersMaintaining the highest standards of health, safety and complianceBuilding strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholdersManaging programme, quality, budgets and project risksDriving a zero-defects approach at handoverSupporting sustainability and environmental objectivesLeading and developing site teams to deliver outstanding resultsWhat we're looking for:Proven experience managing large construction or refurbishment projects within occupied / live environmentsHigh-rise/high-risk building experienceFaade, fire remediation, roofing and structural works knowledgeSMSTS, CSCS, Temporary Works Coordinator, Scaffold Inspection & First AidFull UK driving licenceExperience managing projects through subcontractor and supply chain delivery from preconstruction through to construction phase and handoverSocial housing refurbishment experience, and PAS2035 retrofit knowledge would be beneficialIf you've delivered complex high-rise refurbishment projects, and are ready for your next challenge please apply today or call Bianca on 07534924521.TPBN1_UKTJ
