Manual Machinist

We are looking for aTool Room Machinist.

Key responsibilities:

\n
• Operate and set up machines such as milling machines, centre lathes, saws and drills
\n
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to understand specifications
\n
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards
\n
• Maintain equipment by cleaning and performing regular maintenance
\n
• Collaborate with engineers and production team to improve processes
\n
• Ensuring that H&S are maintained throughout, following procedure and safety at work
\n

Skills & Qualifications :

\n
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment (e.g. callipers) to measure material, parts, or products accurately and consistently
\n
• Ability to use measuring jigs/tools (e.g. micrometers) to read precise measurements from
\n
