Location: West London Salary: £53,656 - £60,082 per annum Hours: Full Time, 36 hours per week

The Opportunity

\n

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and innovative Organisational Development leader to join a large and ambitious education group in West London.

\n

Reporting into the Assistant Director of Talent & Reward, this position will lead the organisation's people development, culture and employee experience agenda, helping create a workplace where people can thrive, develop and deliver outstanding outcomes.

\n

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping organisational culture, enhancing workforce capability and driving engagement across a complex multi-site environment.

\n

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the organisational development and culture strategy.
  • \n
  • Design and deliver culture transformation programmes.
  • \n
  • Develop leadership development frameworks and talent initiatives.
  • \n
  • Create workforce capability and skills development strategies.
  • \n
  • Drive employee engagement and employee experience programmes.
  • \n
  • Lead engagement surveys, action planning and wellbeing initiatives.
  • \n
  • Produce executive and board-level reports, business cases and recommendations.
  • \n
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support organisational growth and transformation.
  • \n
  • Lead and develop organisational development and employee experience teams.
  • \n

About You

\n

We are seeking a highly credible OD professional with:

\n
    \n
  • Significant experience in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Employee Experience or Culture Change.
  • \n
  • Proven success delivering organisation-wide transformation programmes.
  • \n
  • Experience designing leadership development and workforce capability initiatives.
  • \n
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership teams.
  • \n
  • Experience developing employee engagement strategies and measuring impact.
  • \n
  • Excellent programme management and strategic planning capabilities.
  • \n
\n

Desirable

\n
    \n
  • Chartered CIPD status.
  • \n
  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification.
  • \n
  • Coaching, Learning Design or OD qualifications.
  • \n
  • Education, NHS, Public Sector or large complex organisational experience.
  • \n
\n
