The Role

As a Geography Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4
\n
• Inspire students to explore human, physical and environmental geography
\n
• Develop awareness of global issues, sustainability and cultural diversity
\n
• Plan and deliver lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning needs
\n
• Assess, monitor and track student progress effectively
\n
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
\n
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and the wider school community
\n

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for teachers who:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
\n
• Have experience teaching Geography within UK secondary schools
\n
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills
\n
• Are committed to raising attainment and improving student outcomes
\n
• Have high expectations for achievement, behaviour and engagement
\n
• Can build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents
\n
• Have a genuine passion for Geography and education
\n
