Location: Lake Charles, LA (On-site)
Pay: $30/hr (based on experience)
Per Diem: $100 Per Diem
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5x8s (Start time 6:30 AM)
Openings: 4
Duration: ~6 Months

Job Summary

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Commercial HVAC Duct Mechanics / Duct Installers for a commercial project in Lake Charles, LA. This is an immediate opportunity for experienced installers who can work independently, read prints, and install ductwork to spec.

Scope of Work

\n
• Install commercial HVAC ductwork per blueprints and specifications
\n
• Hang and secure rectangular and spiral duct systems
\n
• Install dampers, VAV boxes, diffusers, and grilles
\n
• Seal duct joints to SMACNA standards to ensure proper airflow
\n
• Read/interpret construction drawings and coordinate with other trades
\n
• Maintain safe, productive, quality work on active commercial job sites
\n

Requirements

\n
• 6+ years commercial HVAC duct installation experience
\n
• Must complete ladder & fall protection safety (CCS can provide)
\n
• Reliable transportation and ability to work the scheduled hours
\n
• Interview required
\n
