Location: Golden Valley, MN

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00/hour DOE

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Thursday

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Adecco is currently hiring Spot Welders for a premier manufacturing facility in Golden Valley, MN. If you have experience working with metal fabrication, welding equipment, or manufacturing processes and are looking for a stable full-time opportunity with a 4-day workweek, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Operate spot welding and resistance welding equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

  • Position, align, and secure metal components prior to welding.

  • Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

  • Perform grinding, deburring, and finishing work as needed.

  • Complete routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns.

  • Maintain production goals while following all safety procedures.

  • Keep work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

  • Previous spot welding, welding, or manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Ability to read measuring devices and blueprints.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

  • Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $26.00 per hour
