Job Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • \n

    Safely operate a school bus on assigned routes and schedules

    • \n
  • \n

    Transport students to and from school and related activities

    • \n
  • \n

    Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintain a clean, safe, and professional bus environment

    • \n
  • \n

    Monitor student behavior and promote a safe riding experience

    • \n
  • \n

    Communicate effectively with parents, school personnel, and dispatch staff

    • \n
  • \n

    Report maintenance concerns, incidents, accidents, or safety issues promptly

    • \n
  • \n

    Follow all company policies, DOT regulations, and school transportation requirements

    • \n

Minimum Qualifications\n
    \n
  • \n

    Valid CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) Endorsements preferred not required

    • \n
  • \n

    Must be at least 21 years of age

    • \n
  • \n

    Clean driving record

    • \n
  • \n

    Ability to pass:

    • \n

      DOT physical examination

      • \n
    • \n

      Drug screening

      • \n
    • \n

      Fingerprinting

      • \n
    • \n

      Criminal background check

      • \n
    • \n
  • \n

    Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Preferred Qualifications\n

    Previous school bus driving experience

    Experience transporting students or passengers
