Customer Service Representative (CSR) — Call Center

JD Precision Plumbing & Air | Conroe, TX | Full-Time, On-Site

JD Precision Plumbing & Air is a growing home-services company built on doing right by the customer and the crew. Our Conroe call center is the front door to the whole business — the first voice every customer hears. We're hiring now, and this is a real opportunity to get in, get trained, and grow with us as our call volume expands across locations.

What You'll Do

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls and be the friendly, professional first impression of JD Precision.
\n
• Book service appointments and convert callers into scheduled jobs — you own the "did we book it?" number.
\n
• Make outbound calls: confirmations, follow-ups, unsold-estimate call-backs, and membership renewals.
\n
• Enter and update customer information accurately in our software (ServiceTitan).
\n
• Coordinate with dispatch and field technicians so the right tech gets to the right home at the right time.
\n
• Handle customer questions and concerns with patience and ownership — turn a frustrated caller into a loyal one.
\n
• Help keep the phones covered as a dependable member of the team — including some evening and weekend shifts.
\n
• Hit daily and weekly booking and conversion targets.
\n

Requirements

What We're Looking For

\n
• Customer service or call-center experience preferred — but the right attitude beats experience. We're glad to train someone who's coachable, positive, and eager to learn.
\n
• Warm, clear phone presence and strong communication skills.
\n
• Ability to multitask and stay organized while juggling calls, notes, and the schedule.
\n
• Comfortable on a computer; experience with ServiceTitan or a similar CRM is a plus, not a requirement.
\n
• A genuine team player who shows up dependably — reliability matters most in a role that keeps the phones answered.
\n
• High school diploma or equivalent.
\n

Schedule

Full-time, on-site in Conroe. Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts is required — our call center supports multiple locations, so coverage across the week is part of the role.

Compensation & Benefits

• $17–$19 per hour, based on experience.
